Instructions:

Ground beef (80% lean)

Instructions:


Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.

Divide the ground beef into equal-sized portions and shape them into patties.

Season the patties with salt and pepper.

Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Just before the patties are done, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.

Once the brownies are done baking, allow them to cool.

Cut the brownies into squares and place one or two in a serving dish.

Add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream on top of the brownies.
